3. Legal & Acceptable Use Policy

Our services must be used for lawful purposes only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Development, distribution, or use of illegal software

• Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code

• Pirated software, cracked systems, or copyright infringement

• Fraud, financial crime, scams, or deceptive practices

• Circumvention of laws, regulations, or security mechanisms

• Activities that violate local, national, or international laws

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a project involves illegal, unethical, or non-compliant use cases.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements

• Ensure their intended use of the software is legal and compliant

• Obtain any required licenses, approvals, or permissions

• Use delivered software responsibly and lawfully

The client is solely responsible for how the software is used after delivery.

5. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed

• Prices are listed excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Invoices are issued for all payments

• Payments are processed through approved payment providers

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom digital services:

• Refunds are handled based on project milestones

• Completed work is non-refundable

• Work already performed will be deducted from any refund

• No refunds are provided for fully delivered services

7. Project Delivery & Revisions

• Delivery timelines begin after requirements are confirmed

• Revisions are limited to the package or agreement terms

• Additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Ownership terms depend on the service package and agreement

• Source code ownership is transferred only if explicitly stated

• The Company retains the right to reuse non-confidential know-how and experience

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be provided upon request.

10. No Professional or Legal Advice

PATHWIZZ PTE. LTD. provides technical services only.
We do not provide legal, financial, investment, or regulatory advice.
Clients are responsible for consulting qualified professionals where required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or profits

12. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These Terms are violated

• Illegal or prohibited activities are identified

• Payment obligations are not fulfilled

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
